65 years and getting younger by the minute My Ganoderma Story: Before I started taking Ganoderma Lucidum one year ago, I felt "an absolute wreck'', in fact I thought I was "going down the tube" When I eventually got out of bed each day, I felt like I had been hit by a truck I was sore all over and it took me a few minutes to stand up.
